There’s no checkout on the site. Browse the Shop, pick a design you love, and hit “Request This Design.” Fill out the quick inquiry form with your occasion, date, and ideas, and Denise will personally call or email you to finalize every detail.
We recommend 5–7 days for standard designs and 2+ weeks for full custom garlands. Same-week rush orders are sometimes possible depending on our schedule — just ask in the form and we’ll let you know.
Both. We hand-deliver locally in our service area and offer pickup from our studio. Delivery options and any fees are confirmed with you before we finalize the order.
